摘要国际儿童多发性硬化研究小组（IPMSSG）已在年提出了对儿童多发性硬化和其它免疫介导的中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的版诊断标准（简称“版”）。年，IPMSSG吸收名成员的最新研究成果提出了新的诊断标准共识（简称“版”）。版共识涵盖了儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎（ADEM）、儿童临床孤立综合征（CIS）、儿童视神经脊髓炎（NMO）和儿童多发性硬化（MS）的诊断标准。作者作为IPMSSG在中国地区仅有的两名成员，在文献基础上，结合临床和科研积累，对版共识作一解读，着重体现版如何在版基础上更加深入、全面地阐述儿童急性中枢神经系统脱髓鞘性疾病的临床特征、诊断标准、影响因素和全新认识等，使其在儿童多发性硬化和其它免疫介导的中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的临床诊治和科研工作中更具有可操作性。
